Application process

We keep onboarding efficient and human. You focus on teaching; we take care of compliance without endless paperwork.

After a discovery call, you’ll meet your consultant to finalise vetting. We’ll email a simple checklist so nothing is missed and support you with any new documentation, including DBS updates.

What we’ll ask for

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (we can arrange this if needed).
• Right to work evidence and photographic ID.
• Name change documents, NI confirmation and two recent proofs of address.
• Overseas police checks for international teaching experience.
• CV covering the last 10 years (or entire career) with gaps explained.
• Two professional or education references.
• Qualifications, QTS/QTLS or relevant certifications.

Once safeguarding checks are complete we begin matching you. Often we already have introductions lined up.

Primary supply teachers

Reception through to Year 6—Called To Teach primary educators are adaptable, creative and trusted to keep young learners engaged.

Secondary supply teachers
