Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education or subject-specific field. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at secondary school level. Strong knowledge of the UK secondary curriculum and assessment frameworks. Proven ability to create engaging lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and support diverse learning needs. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
